OEM keycap manufacturing
OEM projects are best when your team already has clear product requirements: target profile, layout coverage, color references, legends, packaging and delivery plan. OSHID reviews the files, checks manufacturability, confirms tooling or existing profile options and quotes the project with sampling and production assumptions.
ODM keycap development
ODM projects need more early engineering support. We help compare processes, materials and profiles, identify artwork risks, recommend sampling routes and align the product with realistic MOQ, tooling and lead time. This is useful when your idea is clear but the manufacturing path still needs to be shaped.
What we need to quote accurately
- Target quantity and market launch timeline.
- Keycap profile, material and preferred manufacturing process.
- Layout coverage: ANSI, ISO, JIS, 60%, 65%, 75%, TKL, full-size and novelty keys.
- Artwork files: AI, PDF, STEP/STP, PNG, JPG/JPEG, plus Pantone or physical color references if available.
- Packaging requirements: retail box, tray, label, white-box or bulk packing.
