What we do
We manufacture custom keycaps for keyboard brands, peripheral retailers and group-buy organizers worldwide. That covers the full chain in one factory: mold design and tooling, injection molding (including double-shot), legend printing (dye-sublimation, UV, laser), surface finishing, quality inspection and packaging. Because tooling happens in-house, we can iterate a new profile or a custom mold without handing the project to a third party.
Scale backs the process. Founded in 2005 with a 500 million RMB investment, OSHID now runs four production bases — led by a 60,000 m² headquarters factory in Dongguan Shipai (plus a 13,000 m² die-casting plant), a Dongguan Liaobu plant and a Vietnam Haiphong plant — with over 1,500 staff and 250 patents and registered designs. For keycaps specifically, annual capacity reaches 36 million sets with a mold output of 60 per month, across 162 injection-molding machines from 85 to 600 tons.

Our production lines serve global keyboard and peripheral brands as an OEM/ODM partner, and our sample and small-batch workflow supports designers and group-buy runs. Client names under NDA are not published; references can be shared during a quotation conversation where agreements allow.
